Fly Pole
A pole that leaves the floor. Fly pole hangs from the ceiling and moves with you, swinging and spinning as you climb, grip and invert. It's pole dance and aerial arts in one, and it's unlike anything else you'll train.

Who teaches fly pole
Ollie Beach
One hula hoop workshop started Ollie's path to professional performance, by way of dance, aerial pole, and two professional circus training programs: Actors Gym in Illinois and NECCA in Vermont. As Roustabout's lead Fly Pole coach, Ollie focuses on strong foundations and tiny details, helping students find their own movement style rather than just collecting tricks.

What to wear to fly pole
No circus wardrobe required. Our fly poles have a silicone coating, so dress like you would for silks: cover the skin that rubs against the pole, and leave anything that snags at home.
