What we teach
Cross-training built for circus. Whether you're preparing for your next act or just want a workout that isn't boring, these classes build the strength and range that everything else depends on.
Circus Fit & Flex
This conditioning class focuses on complementary training designed to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and help you get more out of your time in the air. Expect a mix of strength training, flexibility work, active mobility, core conditioning, and stability exercises tailored to the unique demands of aerial and circus disciplines.
Circus HIIT
Circus performers aren't born strong. They get that way, and this is how. Circus HIIT is fast, brutal interval training built from the same drills our aerialists and hand balancers use to stay in shape: core work, grip strength, explosive power, and cardio that doesn't let up. It's hard, and you'll feel it tomorrow. That's the point. No circus experience needed.
Flexibility
An hour of guided flexibility training designed to improve mobility, increase range of motion, and build healthy movement habits. Classes include a mix of stretching, active flexibility, and mobility work to support aerial, circus, dance, and everyday movement.

Why cross-training matters
Aerialists, circus artists and dancers repeat the same movements over and over, which overloads some muscles and leaves others behind. We asked coaches and physical therapists how cross-training restores that balance, helps you break through plateaus, and lowers your risk of injury and burnout.
