Acrobatics & Handstands

Get upside down on solid ground. Handstands, tumbling foundations and floor acrobatics build the strength, balance and body control that make every other discipline easier, and they're a blast on their own.

What we teach

Strength, balance and body control, built from the floor up. Whether you're chasing your first handstand or polishing your transitions, these classes make every other discipline easier.

Handstands

Hand balancing from the ground up. Wall drills, strength and mobility work, and focused practice on alignment and control, whether you're finding your first kick-up or refining a freestanding line.

Acrobatics

Take your handstand skills to the floor: cartwheels, bridges, shoulder rolls, walkovers and acro dance, plus the strength and mobility behind them, with progressions for every level.

Contemporary Floorwork

Rolling, sliding, spiraling and flowing in and out of the floor with control. Floorwork is where acrobatics and dance meet, and it's the source of many of the smoothest transitions in circus.
