The Arts Hub is holding open auditions for Shrek the Musical! Adult performers are invited to audition August 16–18, 2026, with callbacks on August 22. Prepare a 32-bar musical theatre selection in the style of the show, with an optional one-minute comedic monologue. All roles are open, including opportunities for performers with aerial experience—Dragon lists aerial skills as a plus, and the Dragonettes are specifically seeking those with aerial experience . Rehearsals begin in November, with performances running January 15–31, 2027.

Step aboard THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride, one of Colorado's premier immersive holiday theatre experiences! Auditions will be held July 26–27 for paid adult roles, with youth auditions for select child roles taking place in late August. Performers should prepare a 16–24 bar uptempo holiday song and a one-minute holiday-themed monologue. The production features singing, dancing, acting, and immersive audience interaction aboard a moving historic train, with performances running November 6 through December 23.

Circa Vida Entertainment is casting dancers, pole artists, and aerialists for POPSTALGIA, a live music, pole, and aerial production at Denver's Oriental Theater on September 20. Performers will take the stage with a live band performing iconic '90s and 2000s pop hits. Auditions are by video submission, with a deadline of August 2, 2026. Compensation starts at $100 per act, with additional earning opportunities through ticket sales.
