How it works

What every party includes

Your group learns aerial fundamentals on each apparatus: beginner-friendly mounts, poses, transitions and short combinations, with coaches right there every step of the way.

Pick your apparatus

Your group chooses two of these:

*Fly pole is available for adult birthday and bachelorette groups of 8 or fewer. It's taught by our dedicated fly pole coach, so fly pole parties spend the full 90 minutes on fly pole instead of two apparatus.

Coaching for your group

Team-building events and kids' parties always get two experienced coaches for the full two hours: more hands-on spotting, more individual attention and less waiting around.

Adult birthdays and bachelorettes get one dedicated coach for groups of up to 8, and two coaches for groups of 9 to 16.
