PARTICIPATION & HEALTH

Circus arts involve physical activity and inherent risk. By enrolling, you confirm you’re in adequate health to participate. If you have a condition that may be affected by physical training, please consult a physician before joining.

LIABILITY

Roustabout School of Circus & Performing Arts, LLC, and its instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage occurring during participation in classes or events. All students sign a formal liability waiver upon enrollment.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full credit toward a future class. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the class fee.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

Roustabout may photograph or film classes for promotional use. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, let your instructor know, and we’ll respect that.

SOBRIETY

All participants must be 100% sober during classes and open gym. Anyone who appears impaired may be asked not to participate for the safety of all students.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We’re committed to an inclusive, respectful space. Discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms periodically. Changes are posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the site or participation in classes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
